Located in South Congress, this charming house for $131 per night is a fantastic option for your next break. Sweet Melissa’s Bungalow is a cute 2 bedroom house perfectly located to “Everything Austin”. You are minutes from South Austin’s Congress Avenue (SOCO) where you can shop or get a bite to eat. The Yard is a hop, skip, and not even a jump away which includes the Austin Music Lab, sand volleyball, Eateries, Distilleries, and Breweries. If you are bringing your littles, Battle Bend Park is within walking distance. In the morning, enjoy a cup of coffee while rocking on the back porch. The space This house has two bedrooms. The master bedroom has an open floor plan. The master shower has three shower heads for your comfort. The second bedroom has a trundle bed and allows for 2 singles to use. The sleeper sofa couch is queen size. There are smart TV’s in the living area and both bedrooms. Guest access The garage has a washer and dryer if needed. Other things to note No keys to lose or to return! This property provides secure, keyless entry with an August Smart Lock. You can lock and unlock the door with your smartphone, using a unique virtual key, or personal entry code issued to you for the duration of your stay.

The property was in a quiet neighborhood with a welcoming and cozy atmosphere. The attention given to providing all the little things was covered; pots and pans, dishes, pantry supplies, extra towels and blankets, soaps and shampoo, even some board games and puzzles, etc. The back patio was a nice space to chill while enjoying the traditional rocking chairs. Conveniently located close to stores and food chains. I definitely recommend this property for your next stay in Austin, Tx. Thank you again, Melissa, for being so hospitable and helping us to create another fun family memory.

Everything good only wifi worked only the first day. We came for a soccer match and the field was 40 minutes dive.everything else good we liked
