Experience tranquil lakefront living nestled in a serene cove away from the hustle and bustle of the main lake! Our cozy 4-bedroom, 3-bathroom retreat accommodates up to 14 guests and features charming porches adorned with comfortable Adirondack chairs. Unwind in the game room stocked with board games and movies. Grill up delicious meals on the propane grill, relax on the inviting upper deck, and conclude your day with delightful S'mores by the firepit. Have a great Lake Gaston Stay! The Space Ample parking is available on the private gravel driveway, accommodating multiple families for a memorable getaway. Inside, you'll find 4 large bedrooms, including 3 king beds, 3 queen beds, and a twin bunk (use bunk beds at your own risk), along with 3 full baths stocked with linens and towels. The comfortable living room boasts a gas fireplace and reclining couches, perfect for movie nights on the 50-inch smart TV. The large open kitchen is fully equipped with all necessary appliances, while the oversized farmhouse table seats 14 guests comfortably, with a high chair available for added convenience. Upstairs, a separate gaming nook and kids play area offer endless entertainment, with a bonus room featuring a pool table and a foosball table in the bunk room. Outside, the private boat slip awaits with a spacious upper party dock boasting stunning views of the quiet cove. Relax on lounge chairs or enjoy a meal at the outdoor dining table. Note: New patio and walkway upgrades are in progress; updated pictures will be uploaded soon. Guest Access Community amenities include a private boat ramp for easy access to the water, with a short boat ride leading to the private boat slip equipped with a jet ski lift. Enjoy fishing from the private boat dock or bask in the sun on the oversized party deck. Other Details to Note The location is conveniently close to Highway 85, with easy access to shopping and dining options. Don't miss the chance to visit the nearby Shady Shack, a fantastic waterfront bar/restaurant offering excellent food, gourmet milkshakes, and live entertainment. Boats are privately owned and not part of the rental. Lake Gaston offers a wealth of recreational activities, from boating and fishing to golfing and mini-golf.
