There is miles of beach to enjoy here. Loaded with amenities make it the ideal family getaway. Whether you prefer to take the elevator or stairs, you will be a few steps from the North Clubhouse with pool, hot tub, tennis courts, gym, sauna, shuffleboard, and basketball hoop. Want a change of scenery? Take a 2 minute walk to the South Clubhouse where you will find another pool and hot tub. Take your evening stroll through the nature trail located right in your backyard. Enjoy in privacy your peaceful evenings or morning coffee on the balcony overlooking the mangrove estuary. Take a short drive to Flagler Ave or Canal St., New Smyrna Beach’s hot spots, full of unique gift shops, restaurants, bars and, our kids’ favorite, ice-cream shops. Perfect for a family beach trip! Very clean the host was very accommodating and the place is really nice. It’s a little further out, but the beach is beautiful and less crowded.

We had an amazing experience from start to finish. Communication was top tier! Parking was very convenient, the unit was clean and spacious and provided everything we needed for our stay! We cannot wait to plan our next visit!

Parking in the garage was a bonus and very secure at night time, we found the condo very clean and the kitchen had everything that we needed to prepare our meals. Beach chairs were also a bonus. Brandon the host was very quick to answer any questions or concerns that we had about the property.

Wonderful stay. Slughtly older commuity, which i appericiate. Everyone waa very friendly! Our condo was beautiful. Host was very informative. Would definitely reccomend.
