Linens and beds are clean. All appliances work.
Property needs some overhaul, furniture is old and partly worn, bathroom floor is quite seedy, and the place is not for people suffering from arachnophobia.

Still waiting on my refund as I didn’t get told minimum age to stay there so we wasn’t allowed to stay, paid in full, got my deposit back still waiting on the £120 they owe me, waiver fee had been accepted but still no refund.
