You'll also be equidistant from Cahoon Hollow Beach on the ocean (three miles east) and Duck Harbor Beach on Cape Cod Bay (three miles west). Built in 2019, this home is a rarity among the older properties of Wellfleet. It's a distinction that brings all sorts of comfort - airy rooms with lofty ceilings, windows at every turn, and multi-zone central air conditioning. The main floor was designed for entertaining, offering an elegant kitchen with stainless steel appliances (including a gas range, a French-door fridge, and a wine cooler) and a large island at its heart.
