The villa is in a secluded location and there are no immediate neighbours. The access road to the house is hardly frequented. The huge property is fenced in with a wall and tall trees and is therefore not visible from the outside. One is among oneself and enjoys privacy. Pets are welcome with us! Your four-legged friend will certainly enjoy the large, fenced garden. Smoking is strictly prohibited in the house. For smokers, there is a covered area outside. The entire house is air-conditioned and also has central heating. It is therefore also ideal for holiday stays outside the high season. The villa has an unusual, architectural style and has an idiosyncratic character with its nested roof construction. The total living space of 230 sqm is distributed over 5 rooms and two floors and there are two bathrooms and two WCs.
