Die Wohnung war sauber. Es ist alles vorhanden, was man zum Kochen und Wohnen braucht. Der Balkon ist ausgezeichet. Die Lage ist sehr ruhig, sodass man kaum den Verkehr hört und man trotzdem sehr zentral gelegen ist. Während unserem Aufenthalt waren wir sehr zufrieden.
Der Wasserhahn des Lavabos der Küche war nicht sehr stabil und könnte vielleicht mal ersetzt werden, aber das ist eine Kleinigkeit:)

Un monolocale accogliente e pulito, a 2 passi dal centro e, quindi, in una posizione comodissima.

This property is in a good location. Easy walk to all the main sights of Bologna and lots of restaurant/bar choices. It has washing machine, iron, ironing board, hair dryer. Good towels. It was clean.
I thought this apartment was really poor value for money - the worst I've ever had on Booking.com. I was so disappointed with the size.
There were ongoing works for the new tram - luckily this couldn't be heard from the apartment. It's listed as a one-bedroom apartment but it's actually a studio. I thought the pictures were deceptive as the apartment is much smaller than it looks. There is a small balcony with bistro set, and views out over other apartments - not sure I'd call that "nice views". I don't know how anyone could watch the TV (luckily we don't on holidays) unless you sit on the balcony - you can just see it in the pictures in the corner outside the bathroom. There was nowhere to put our suitcases so they took up the floor space and we were tripping over them. No toiletries/shower gel. Duvet cover was really strange - kept getting knotted up in it and there were stains on it!
