I would recommend this place to anyone.

The apartment is new and clean. Conveniently located, close to everything. About 5 min walk to the supermarket, 10 min walk to the beach. Awesome swimming pool on the roof. Fully equipped kitchen. Responsive host.

Noise from the street, mostly from the motorcycles. Not enough towels and bed linens upon arrival, but this was taken care of promptly.

Lamentable!!!

El departamento es lindo y tiene muy buena ubicación, el personal de seguridad es súper atento.

Lamentablemente desde antes de llegar fue desastroso, nunca se comunicaron con nosotros con anticipación para informarnos con hacer el check in, cuando escribimos a las 15:12 nunca contestaron hasta que llamamos a las 16:35, nos atendieron y preguntaron en cuánto tiempo llegábamos y nos dimos cuenta que el departamento estaba lejísimos de estar preparado. Llegamos más o menos a las 18:15horas y lo estaban limpiando, se notaba que estaba habitado y se acababan de ir, logramos ingresar a las 18:45 apurando al personal de limpieza. Las sábanas que había que poner para el sofá-cama del living estaban sucias, adjunto foto, y solicitamos que nos las cambien, también le pedimos un edredón y un tapete para el baño que nos lo trajeron más tarde, no así una toalla extra para el baño porque nuestra estadía iba a ser de 8 noches pero dijeron que no correspondía. También se nos negó el estacionamiento argumentando que no estaba incluido cosa que sí figuraba en la página de Booking. Cuando nos vamos a dormir, abrimos la cama matrimonial y las sábanas estaban usadas, llena de pelos, adjunto foto y solicitamos que nos la cambien lo cual se hizo a la 1:30am. Somos una familia de 4 con una niña de 8 años y a partir de la segunda noche nos tocaron la puerta para decirnos que la gente se había quejado por ruidos molestos, nos sorprendió pero lo tuvimos en cuenta, posteriormente la última noche tuvimos una llamada muy desubicada de la anfitriona a las 12 am luego de venir de cenar adjuntando un video del vecino que es propietario donde se escucha a nuestra hija hablar en un tono normal lo que consideramos una invasión a la privacidad. Ustedes sacaran sus propias conclusiones

Excelente ubicación, todo súper limpio y nuevo.
