Cleanliness, staff was great and our cottage was amazing!
I know it’s a waterpark area, but the water in the woman’s bathroom floor was about an inch high..Becareful walking in there!

The amenities and the atmosphere very pleasant. The grounds were very clean and kept up
The bathroom sink in our cottage drained very slow and the shower temperature was moderate. Many of the games in the arcade did not work properly or at all.

We have been to this property multiple times and love that they have everything on-site.
I wish I would’ve been told before check-in that my original form of payment was not accepted. My kids were disappointed that the water slides were closed. The pillows in my unit were not comfortable and the sheet on the upstairs loft mattress had a red stain on it. My kids ended up sleeping on the couch.
