The location was great across from the castle, the entry was modern electronic locks, we felt secure. The apartment was luxurious
Smell of smoke outside the front door but that’s not the hosts fault

I paid for early check-in in error (thinking I was paying for late check-out) and the owner let us check-out later without charging extra.
I was the first to use the shower and it wasn't draining, so I had to remove the shower drain cover and remove all of the hair from previous guests. Yuck!
Through no fault of the owner, the apartment constantly smelled of cigarette smoke due to the neighbour's habit.
The lack of a toaster meant having to use the grill on the microwave to make toast. That was a lost cause and filled the apartment with grease flavoured smoke due to the grill having food on it. There is space for a toaster.
