Your first stop will be at Horizon Pacific office that is located 200 meters from the condo, park in front of the gates in an available space. Next, you will walk through to your condo complex's pool area with well maintained green tropical foliage and then walk up to the 3rd floor where the entrance to your unit is. Once at your unit, enter in to the refreshing, newly remodelled unit which is on 2 floors. The first floor is an open area with the kitchen, dining area, and living room. The kitchen has all new dishes, cutlery, basics needed for cooking, and other small appliances. Fridge and a stove with an oven are all new! The living room is a great space for hanging out with an oversized L-couch, which opens up to become a sleeping area (full size) for 2 additional individuals. There is also a large screen smart TV for guests to use during their stay, in addition to high speed internet (200mbps). Finishing off the first floor is a powder room with a toilet and sink and the laundry area that houses a washer and dryer. Once guests are ready to call it a night, the second floor has 2 bedrooms each with its own full bathroom. Both bedrooms have a queen size bed. The room that faces the pool area also has its own balcony and working space. Whereas the room that faces the back has the view of the greenery that is behind this condominium complex.
