The price was fabulous, I’ve stayed at others in the same block , this unit was an 8, other more costly units score a 10 because of the Sofa and tv being bigger and better.. but the layouts are all the same

10 am check out is crazy other apartments offer a 11 or 12 check out .. it’s worth paying more not to have the cleaning lady walk in at exactly 10 am , even when I messaged the host the night before that I want to extend .. I checked out and found much nicer apartment for the next 2 nights .. really check the details this person doesn’t answer any phone calls either .. the other apartment owner answered everything perfectly.. build choose this block definitely.. but this particular apartment maybe not

Amenities were good. Was cosy.

Wasn’t the cleanest. Area surrounding was very rough. Someone had left a surprise in the lift 💩…

The host communication was great and very helpful. The property has everything we needed for a stay and things are local for what we needed

The property wasn’t very clean when we first arrived but we did sort this ourselves as we extended are stay. Other people leaving rubbish on the stairways rather than taking it to the bin area.
