The property was very clean and comfortable and the neighborhood was safe and quiet. Lots of natural light and the views were amazing! The host was readily available and communicative.

The hot tub had to be drained and refilled (safety concern) so wasn’t ready until late in the evening. The coffee pot didn’t work - both of these things were promptly addressed by the host and we received a partial credit on our stay.

The people were very kind and the breakfast was wonderful!

The rooms were really hot and we were only offered one fan between them. It was hard to breathe it was so hot. The staff were kind and left a nice meal, but felt we had an extra child and charged us for another meal for the two days before we could eat.

Just beautiful, lovely setting, beautiful view of the mountains, easy public transport into and from city center very safe and quite comfortable. Isabella was kind enough to extend my stay one more day, which was great! Everywhere else was booked and expensive.

Bathroom didn’t seem to get much cleaning, especially the floor
