Comfy beds. Spacious rooms No storage for luggage/no security

Had to pay to shower. Wasn’t greeted and the door was locked upon arrival despite it being stated that it 11am check in

Awesome location. Easy to pop in and drop your things off and get right back into the action. Room was bright and airy

Toilet downstairs had a 30 sec motion light. Beds were soft to my taste but oh well.

We got shown into a room that was unmade, with messy sheets. Instead of a check-in, some guy just opened the door and told us "I think this is your room".

I never got to stay here and was only told that my room was not available upon my arrival. No member of staff was at the hostel, I had to ring them myself only to be told that I the room I had booked had someone else in it. Leaving me stranded with no where to stay. Very bad communication and customer service. Really disappointing.
