The location was perfect. The lay out of the living space was very nice. The beds were so comfy. The little touches were perfect. Everything you need for a wonderful stay. Like life vests. I loved the guest book.
The exterior needs to be cleaned up before each stay. Spider webs, and yard debri make it a bit gross. There needs to be curtains in the living room and front door and especially in the 2nd floor bathroom. No privacy. There is a half a shower curtain on the window. The white area rub in the bathroom is not a good idea and a new shower head would be great. A floor towel would help keep the floor dry and save the tile.

Very comfortable, serene space, perfect for several adults to share. Beds are very comfortable; towels are fluffy. The home is well decorated, clean and cozy. Visited during winter so we didn’t enjoy the home’s outdoor spaces by the river or seating and relaxing space on the side. Convenient location to walk to Homestead roasters for coffee, breakfast, lunch, gifts and entrance to Delaware canal trail. Minutes drive from Ringing Rocks County Park. We didn’t get a chance to use the hot tub or yoga studio.
