The apartment has a great location, just a short walk from the bus station. It has everything needed, and the bed was very comfortable. The check-in instructions were clear and easy to follow.

First-floor apartment - no need to carry heavy baggage somewhere high.
Welcome water and fresh welcome burgers in the fridge.
Teapot, microwave and cooking place. Several groceries, small shopping mall and central stations (both railway and bus) are just a few steps away. Very clean place.
Sleeping places (sofa and bed) are in separate rooms.
Awful internet - you won't be able to use google meet, zoom or teams. Usual sites are loading very slowly. No QR code for quick connect.
It was very cold and heating panels were not working - You need to search around for setting temperature mode on the special device in the kitchen area. But this starts to work in hours to get a bit warmer. There were NO HOT WATER as well - so no shower at all.
WC door can't be closed and stays open even if somebody is inside.
Shower cabin itself cannot be closed in full.
Very loud neightbours - no sound isolation. You hear almost everything happening on the stairs or in nearby apartments.
Unclear self-check-in instructions - You have to search the enry door (one of 4) and have only apartment code, not the entry number.
You may also be forced to checkout as early as possible (or asked about this).
