Good location! Comfortable home setting with nice living room and full kitchen! Prompt reply’s to questions and information about places to eat and visit! Good value!
Parking wasn’t on site as posted. Free street parking on the weekends and from 6pm - 8am. Otherwise you have to hunt down a pay parking lot.

We bought supplies to prepare our own breakfast, but the suggestions for lunch and dinner places by the owner were very good. The location was very good, and within walking distance to many of the places we needed to go to.
More information on several aspects. To begin with, we never got a message stating that the PIN code for the lock-box had been changed. Then, we asked if the heat could be turned on, but got no answer.

Photos are accurate. Close to the Subway and restaurants. Quiet neighborhood and felt safe.
A slight odor in bathroom and kitchen. Not unhygienic but musty. Maybe due to age or wood getting wet.

The location was handy to shops, restaurants and it was a pleasant 20 minute stroll to the central city. The rooms were nicely decorated, and were light and spacious. Good to have a garden to relax in after a busy day. There is on-street parking and we usually found a spot reasonably close to the apartment, currently it is paid parking between 8 a.m. and 6 p.m., free at weekend.
The ventilation was poor. As confirmed by the host, the windows don't open (there's no air con) except with a bit of agility, you can climb up on the window sill in the bathroom window to open that window. The fresh air doesn't really reach the bedrooms and living areas though. Despite using the rangehood in the kitchen while prepping breakfast, cooking fumes were still present when we returned several hours later. Worth knowing that the washer and dyer are not in the apartment itself. The rear door opens to a shared hallway and they are in a cupboard under the stairs. The garden is also accessed that way.
