"Hale Makani Kai" is a new beachfront estate on gorgeous white sand Mahakea beach in Laie. Enjoy sunrises, swims, walks along the beach, with the comfort and amenities of a new 4-bedroom modern home. Recently completed in November 2023. There's a Bedroom ensuite on the 1st floor with a (king bed), and a Master Bedroom upstairs overlooking the pool and beach (king bed). There are two additional bedrooms upstairs. Bedroom #2 has a queen bed, and bedroom #3 has 2 queen beds. The home has a laundry room, outdoor shower, private parking, gated entry, and unobstructed views and access to the sandy beach. We follow the City & County Laws of 1-rental allowed per 30 day period. Guests do not have to stay the full 30 days. However, we do not rent to others for the duration of the remaining vacant days. No exceptions to this, as it's the law. More about the property & Laie area: Breathtaking ocean views and a beautiful natural beach with crystal clear water, white sand, and large, tropical mountains in the background. Great for swimming! The view from the Ocean to the property is amazing, with the sandy beach and green tropical mountain backdrop. The property is ideal for both families with children, and those seeking privacy, peace and quiet. NO EVENTS ALLOWED, NO ADDITIONAL GUESTS ALLOWED. Each bedroom is furnished with island style furniture and accessories. Master bedroom - king bed Bedroom 2 - queen bed Bedroom 3 - queen bed Bedroom 4 - 2 queen beds A large living room area features a sliding glass door overlooking the pool, yard and the ocean. Dining table fits 8 people, there is cable TV and wifi internet access. The kitchen features full-sized appliances, and is stocked with everything you need to prepare simple or gourmet meals. There is an outdoor barbecue propane grill. Activities and Attractions: If you want to surf, just paddle straight out to the reef and surf "CYO's" or "Kawela's" breaks. 1/2 mile to Tamura's grocery store & Long's CVS Drug Store, 1 mile to small movie theater, brand new Pounder's Restaurant, and the newly renovated Polynesian Cultural Center. The Polynesian Cultural Center (Hawaii's #1 paid visitor attraction) is only 1/2 mile down the road. Local shopping includes the Laie shopping center (only 1 mile away). Laie shopping center has a grocery store, a hardware store, an automotive store, a flower shop, a laundromat, a movie theater, banks, a Foodland Grocery store, Subway, 5-Bros Burgers, and many others. The Polynesian Cultural Center has a new marketplace with locally owned shops for souvenirs and gifts for friends and family back home.
