The back living room, with access out onto the lanai, features a smart TV and combines with the kitchen to form an ideal space for entertaining. You’ll find plenty of additional dining options here between the outdoor patio set, the breakfast nook table, and the kitchen island high-top chairs, all seating 4 apiece. The kitchen itself can accommodate any style of meal, fully equipped with all-black appliances, drip coffee maker, cookware, and dinnerware. This home comfortably sleeps 12 guests between 5 private bedrooms. Bedroom #1 includes a king size bed, TV, patio/lanai access, large walk-in closet, and ensuite bathroom with a dual vanity and separate walk-in shower and soaking tub. Bedroom #2 includes a queen size bed and a smart TV. Bedroom #3 includes a queen size bed, TV, large walk-in closet, and ensuite bathroom with a single vanity and shower/tub combo. Bedroom #4 includes 2 full size beds, smart TV, and a walk-in closet. Bedroom #5 includes 2 twin beds in a bunk format. The home also includes a half bathroom as well as an additional full bathroom with a single vanity and walk-in shower. THINGS TO NOTE: - Washer and dryer in home. - Driveway parking available for up to 2 vehicles. - Pool can be heated for an additional fee of $19 per night. - In case of hurricanes, lightning, inclement weather, or due to necessary repairs, certain resort amenities may be closed and unavailable during your stay. We cannot guarantee the availability of each amenity. - We do provide starter amenities for the home. These are basic supplies to help you settle in quickly, without having to stop at the store before check-in. As these are starter amenities, they may only last you a couple of days. If you have a longer stay, we suggest visiting the nearby grocery or dollar store to inexpensively restock for the remainder of your stay. - In case of hurricanes or inclimate weather or due to necessary repairs, certain amenities may be closed and unavailable during your stay. We cannot guarantee the availability of each amenity​ in the community. - Due to unusually high amount of theft and destruction we regret to tell you we no longer supply wash clothes.
