De locatie. Je loopt de deur uit en dan heb je meteen 3 super leuke ontbijttentjes met heerlijke producten . Mogelijkheid om thee en koffie te zetten op de kamer. Espressomachine aanwezig met cups. Goede prijs-kwaliteits verhouding.
We hadden eerst kamer A op -1. Dit voelde voor ons als in de kelder en had achterstallig onderhoud zoals losse wc-bril, plekken in de badkamer etc. We zijn toen naar boven verhuisd en dat was prima.

Loved the location and view of the park. Also loved that they provided a bottle of wine and cookies
We thought it was on the first floor and we since we are traveling for 8 months we have a lot of luggage so going up several flights of stairs was not what we had anticipated

There were two air conditioning units, and both were working properly.
The location was good and convenient.
The kitchen was well equipped with dishes, cutlery, and several appliances.
Despite the issues with some stains and the sewage smell during the night, the apartment was generally clean and smelled nice.
The sofa had a very large, noticeable stain.
During the night, there was a strong sewage smell in the room.
The duvet had visible stains, including what appeared to be blood and other bodily fluids.
There were Wi-Fi issues, which also made it impossible to watch TV.
The refrigerator was building up a significant amount of ice, possibly because the door was not closing properly.
