De locatie was op een perfecte locatie aan een mooi pleintje. De metro bevindt zich aan de overkant van de straat wat super fijn was. De tuin was perfect om heerlijk te chillen op verschillende plekjes in de zon of in de schaduw. Je slaapt aan de achterzijde, waardoor je geen last had van het verkeer. De slaapbank is goed en ruim, het 2-persoonsbed had een prima matras. De 2 badkamers was luxe, want dat zou in principe niet echt hoeven, maar wel gemakkelijk. De keuken is ruim voorzien van allerlei apparatuur, waaronder een grote koelkast en vriezer, waterkoker, koffiezetapparaat en keukengerei.
De gordijnen waren iets te smal waardoor er nog daglicht binnen kwam in de achterste slaapkamer. De hal tussen de woonkamer en de slaapkamer heeft geen gordijnen, waardoor de persoon die op de slaapbank slaapt heel veel daglicht krijgt in de ochtend omdat in die hal geen gordijnen hangen.

Joli logement atypique avec 2 terrasses extérieures. Climatisation qui fonctionne parfaitement. Bien placé pas trop loin des rues commerçantes de Santa Catarina, en métro. Accueil bien réglé par un premier message du propriétaire Johny la veille de notre arrivée, expliquant le mode opératoire pour accéder au logement, ainsi que quelques bons plans restaurants, rapport qualité/prix irréprochable. Puis Nuncha s'est assurée que notre séjour se passait bien tous les 3 jours, Adorable Nuncha, nous aurions aimé te rencontrer pour te remercier de tes superbes attentions.
La tonte du jardin aurait été judicieuse, plus pratique pour les enfants et plus beau visuellement.
En cuisine, des couverts supplémentaires ( 5 fourchettes, 7 couteaux ) aurait été appréciable.

Beautiful design with two gardens.
I find the laundry detergent for bedding to have a strong smell, which makes me a little worried about safety. And the cushions don’t look very clean.

Tiene todo tipo de electrodomésticos, excepto televisión. Es un lugar tranquilo y el apartamento es silencioso. En los alrededores puedes encontrar una panadería, restaurante y supermercado.
Si vas en coche es difícil el aparcamiento, a menos que vayas a un parking (17 euros/día). Al llegar no se habían cambiado las toallas de un aseo, para 4 personas es pequeño, sartén oxidada, a 30´centro caminando. Hay mejores opciones de alojamiento y parking en el centro de la ciudad por el mismo precio. Los muebles son poco funcionales, y solo hay un sofá-cama en el interior para sentarse, que está situado en la cocina. Fuera tiene un patio con mesa, pero es poco utilizable dado que hace fresco incluso en verano.
