We are happy to present our BRAND NEW TOWNHOUSES/APARTMENTS that are situated in a central location just ten minutes from the historic city centre and Oporto's main cultural and fun attractions. The location is deal for visitors with the subway and bus station just a short walk away. Lots of traditional retail shops and a beautiful public garden. Really nice apartment. Garage is convenient if you arrive with a car in Porto. Not super well located in the city. If you plan to use the kitchen be aware that it misses all the basic tools so that you can prepare meals. Not even a cutting board. Good for breakfast and pre-prepared meals, that’s it.

Irene was very accommodating host. Pumctual and walked through the home to show us everything. Restaurants and grocery store.suggestions were provided without even asking. I asked about beaches and responded quickly with suggestion. Thank you for the hospitality.

The accommodations were exactly as advertised. There is only one full bathroom so that was a little bit of a challenge for 4 adults. The walk to town is about 30 minutes - so not totally centrally located - - - but overall a good experience.

We are three people in our mid 60s who had a lot of luggage and one of us has mobility issues. We booked this property specifically because it said it had an elevator. When we arrived we were met with a flight of 18 stairs from the door to the bedrooms. A further 16 stairs were needed to get to the kitchen and living area. If you wanted to go onto the terrace that was another 17 stairs. When we mentioned the elevator to Irene on arrival, she laughed and said this is a townhouse, there are no elevators and her listing did not indicate one. When she looked later and saw that it did, she then suggested that perhaps VRBO recently added the elevator to the listing without her knowledge. This made no sense to us because we booked a year in advance and the elevator was on the listing then. The other important thing to us was a washer and a dryer. Irene advised us when we arrived that the dryer did not work. There were other maintenance problems such as a kitchen tap that fell into the sink, a broken toilet seat, and the pipe for the shower head falling out of the wall.The unit itself was clean and nice and Irene was quite responsive and met us at the unit to show us around. However the fact that we paid for things that we did not get and struggled with the stairs for the entire three days outweighs those factors.
