It's a comfortable and friendly hostel stay. I love the location much as it's accessible to food and public transportation while staying away from the city rush. That makes this place a good choice.
Living space is clean, and staff members constantly ensures the cleanliness and safety of the place.

Great location & transit: Very convenient access to the airport and right next to a shopping mall with good food options.
Extremely helpful staff: The employees work hard to keep the place clean. The receptionist was kind enough to let me store my medication in a private room locker to keep it out of the heat.
Budget-friendly: One of the cheapest options in Singapore.
Major privacy & safety concerns in the bathroom: The bathroom is co-ed with an open ceiling design. Most concerningly, there was a security camera pointed directly towards the changing area, which was separated only by a thin curtain.
Zero storage/functionality in the bathroom: No hooks, shelves, or cabinets anywhere. You cannot hang clothes or a towel, and even hand soap had to sit inside the sink basin.
Inconvenient luggage storage & heat: Luggage cannot be kept in the room; it stays in the common area, which is semi-open to the street and gets very hot (over 30°C).
Guest behavior & hygiene: Despite staff efforts, some guests had poor hygiene (unflushed toilets) and knocked my personal items onto the dirty floor.
Towel/Linen sensitivity: The provided towel triggered a skin flare-up/allergy.
Strange layout & atmosphere: The building layout feels odd, lacking a proper cozy common space, leading to an uncomfortable vibe.

"Excellent stay, comfy, clean, friendly staff, it hits all the marks. It's close to two metro stations which is nice and close to Kallang Riverside Park. It's an hour walk away from the Merlion."
