On the day of the booking, when I contacted the host to inform my time of arrival, I was told that they couldn't receive me because the flat was already occupied. I asked for an alternative solution but was left with no accommodation. I was travelling that day and had to find a last-minute alternative which wasn't easy and very stressful.
