We had a beautiful room, very neat and clean. It was also so nice that after booking a room with 2 bunkbeds we got a room with 4 single beds which really made our day. I also liked the fact that the reception lady was so nice and put out time to show us around - it made us feel at home.
It wasn't very convenient that there was only 1 bathroom for the ladies in our hallway - as women tend to take their time and cause other's to wait.
The guys also would have liked to have a bathroom closer to the room.
The temperature of the bathroom and room was also very hot and humid, made it difficult to sleep as there was no fan or aircon.

Excellent team , well maintained , very clean and comfortable. Close to tram and shops , resteraunts nearby , great value .

Milý personál. Možnosť self check in. možnosť uvariť si v spoločnej kuchynke.
Ochota pomôcť pri probléme s parkovaním ktoré sme si vopred nerezervovali. Hneď ako sme zavolali, dali nám inštrukcie. Keď sme parkovanie aj tak nevyužili nebola nám účtovaná žiadna platba.
Menší problém s parkovaním, ktorý sa nakoniec vyriešil aj vďaka tomu že okamžite reagovali na náš telefonát.
Málo umývadiel v spoločných sociálnych zariadeniach.

La habitación no tiene ventilación ni aire acondicionador. Las puertas suenan durisimo al cerrar lo que interrumpe el sueño!
