Extremely disappointed

The apartment is in a good location

I booked this apartment because we were 2 persons but are not a couple, so we wanted to sleep separately. I announced the staff before I arrived that I will need 2 bedsheets, for both beds. Of course I didn't get them despite their assurance that I will. I wrote them as soon as I arrived but nothing got resolved. So I had to sleep on the sofa without clean bedsheets. The sofa was terrible, very poor quality, broken on the inside, look disgusting to sleep on and was very hard. It is not hygienic to sleep directly on the sofa, without sheets, especially in a rented place! The covers very thin, pillow poor quality, a broken chain, everything looks nice in pictures but just poor quality furniture. I had the most uncomfortable sleep. Also, there are not 2 rooms, bedroom and living room are not separated by door so you didn't feel you sleep separately. I am most disappointed about the staff that assured me that they will solve the problem and then just didn't answer to my messages.

Wygląd apartamentu był piękny , luksusowy .

Z prysznica leciała tylko ciepła lub zimna woda . Nie można było siedzieć przy stole bo wszystkie krzesła były rozwalone łącznie z tymi na balkonie .
