It also has direct access to the outdoor covered patio and pool deck. The second bedroom offers a queen bed and the 3rd a queen bed. These two bedrooms share the hall bathroom with a luxury shower. All bedrooms have a smart streaming TV. The living area features a 65” flat-screen TV, a large wrap around nap-worthy sofa, a personal desk, chair, and multi-USB outlets and windows that fill the space with natural light. A fully stocked kitchen awaits and is equipped with all of the appliances and amenities you’d find at home, including a Dual coffee system, Airfryer and the double door fridge with plenty of room for your vacation groceries. The dining area features a 6-person dining table perfect for your group feasts. There are 4 additional counter stools at the impressive quartz waterfall island. The Game Room features a card table, a Foosball table, and a wet bar. Should you wish to have guests visit, it must be communicated with the hosts and pre-approved. -We have a minimum age requirement of 28y/o to be able to book the property. Check-in is from 4 PM - 10 PM ONLY. We do allow for 1 small dog under 25 lbs (No cats). We charge a non-refundable pet fee and pet- owners are responsible for picking up after their pets. - There is a Driveway Camera, and RING Doorbell camera. All for our guest's security. Extras: - Pack n Play - High Chair w/tray - Beach chairs, umbrella and cooler - The garage may have the owners vehicle parked there all year- around.
