This place was perfect for my husband and I to share with our daughter and her family. We all had plenty of room. The Christmas tree was a hit with the grandkids and allowed Santa to visit with ease. The location was close to the other grandchildren so we could all celebrate together.

The house was perfect for parents, grandparents and 2 grandchildren. The furnishings were comfortable. The fully decorated Christmas tree was a nice surprise. We had a wonderful visit in northwest Arkansas. We went to Top Golf, walked at Coler and enjoyed several good restaurants. We would definitely rent this house again in the future.

Very nice and well kept home! Had all the accommodations we needed, and in a great location. Quiet neighborhood with nice screened in patio, and back yard. Could use more TVs with better reception for the evening time, but other than that, perfect for what we needed!

Fairly quite (several doggies in the neighborhood), clean, nicely kept, well standard equipped kitchen home!!! Even had farm fresh eggs - yum!! Sadly we were not able to make it out to have a fire in the fire pit but it looked very inviting!!!! The screen on back porch door was damaged so did not keep bugs out & the grill was not on porch as pictured. We were on motorcycles and the driveway entrance was a bit tricky. Best (less likely to scrape frame) to enter toward the far left of driveway by coming in the left of circle vs around the right of circle. In hindsight I wish I had asked about garage access since it rained overnight while there.

There were 6 of us staying and it was the perfect size for us! We didn’t have time to cook but the kitchen was stocked with everything you’d need for cooking. A small table in the kitchen but a large table in the dining area. The bedrooms were nice and the beds were comfortable. I was pleased to see laundry pods available for a quick load of laundry. My grands brought their own games but were excited to find the game closet. I wish we’d had some down time to have a fire at the fire pit. Checkout was one of the easiest. Host was good to respond to emails. No issues and we’d definitely stay again.

My family and I were very impressed with this house. We loved the screened in back porch and grill for use! The formal dining table was welcoming and we enjoyed fitting all of the family around for dinner as using it for the board games (great selection, by the way!) The only downside was that there is only one TV in the house, although that did push us to appreciate each other's company more. Great location, wonderful correspondence and check in. Would definitely stay here again!

We had a relaxed stay, would definitely recommend to friends and family. Had all of the items you would need for an extended stay. Lots of pots and pans to choose from, nice linens and large closets and dressers for lots of storage.
