As you step inside, find yourself instantly captivated by the home's warm Australian cypress flooring and walls, plush furnishings, and spacious layout. The heart of the home, the 20 ft stone fireplace is composed of rustic heart pine. Sit around its warmth while visiting with your loved ones or while catching up on your favorite show. Steps away, the large kitchen features custom cabinets, granite countertops, a large pantry, and a gas stove. When it's time to eat, your culinary creations can be enjoyed with ease at the sprawling, formal dining table. Additionally, on the first floor, you'll find three generously sized bedrooms, including the luxurious primary suite. Your own haven of peace and quiet, the primary suite has two walk-in closets and an en suite bathroom with a custom-tiled shower, whirlpool tub, and double vanity. Follow the antique pine staircase to the upper level of the home where you'll be pleased to find two additional en suite bedrooms. The perks don't end there! Additional interior perks include a Pack-N-Play, a separate washer/dryer, children's items, and central air-conditioning. During your stay, you will also have access to a two-car detached garage, featuring a half-bath and an HVAC-equipped bonus room. A true entertainer's paradise - the private yard comes fully equipped with an outdoor kitchen complete with a TV, a gas firepit, a turquoise pool, and a spa. (You can heat the spa for an added fee.) You will hardly want to leave this space, but when you do, check out the Arrowhead Country Club, Myrtle Beach State Park Pier, Broadway at the Beach, and the Skywheel Myrtle Beach. Things to Know Spa heating is an additional fee and is optional. Spa heating requests must be scheduled at least 3 days before arrival. Contact Vacasa for more information. This property is managed by Vacasa South Carolina LLC. If you are bringing a dog on your trip, the nightly pet fee is already included in your quote when selecting "Yes" to pets. If you would like to add more dogs, please contact us. The nightly fee ranges between $150 and $200, depending on the bedroom count, and will apply for each additional dog. I am very disappointed in our stay. It started out with it being a nightmare to get into the house. The key pad did not work and it was a process on the phone with vacasa trying to get a key. The only key that ended up working was one that opened a back door around the other side of the house. Secondly, it does not have a lot of things that it list. There are only 2 bedrooms on the main, the third room has only a sofa. The master has a king and the other bedroom had a double bed, not a queen. There is also no 1/2 bath in the house. If you have to go to the bathroom your guest have to go in one of the bedrooms and hopefully someone is not sleeping. We were given 3 towels, 3 wash cloths, and 1 hand towel per bedroom. As a renter I know we are supposed to have at least 2 per person. There were no hairdryers, cable (it’s a roku) , or children’s toys. There is also only 1 tv downstairs and 1 upstairs for a 5 bedroom house. There is also no loft with a sleeper sofa. To make things worse we were supposed to have the hot tub heated and it wasn’t. When I reached out about it they never got back in touch with me so we were not able to use it at all. Overall very disappointed and very misleading
