We are directly across the street from beach access and only a short easy 10 minute walk to the village where you can find a host of amenities. The free standing townhouse overlooks the quiet pool area (shared) and is laid out over three spacious levels. The main living area comprises of new kitchen with all mod cons, open plan living area and balcony. Stunning blue ocean views can be seen from this level. Enjoy cooling ocean breezes and the windows and sliding door are fly screened. There is a wall mounted flat screen Smart TV in the living area and unlimited Wifi. The master bedroom with queen bed and ensuite is located on the top level of the townhouse where you can see the blue ocean from bed in the morning. The windows are fly screened and there is air conditioning in the bedroom. There is also a smart TV in the bedroom. The lower level comprises of second bedroom with a double bed (and air conditioning), third bedroom with two sets of bunk beds and main bathroom and laundry facilities. The single garage is also for your use with parking just outside the front door. NO PETS ALLOWED due to strict body corporate bi laws.
