The location was centrally located to Clearwater, Tampa, and St. Petersburg area attractions. There is a great Cafe/restaurant across the street from the location that served excellent food.
The smaller bedroom bed was very squeaky. They could have been more toilet tissue available. One roll was not enough. The sofa located in the living room was not sturdy.

The house we stayed in was clean and had everything we needed. The beds were comfortable and the home was big enough for all of us. The pool was wonderful! It was awesome that we could use the washer and dryer at no extra charge.
The grass needed to be cut but that is the only issue I saw.

Very quiet and peaceful.
It got a little hot at night.
