excellent studio apartment, clean, tidy, highly equipped, secure & pretty . situated next to Lyon city centre, tidy high standard district, next to amenities & highway A7. you feel like being home.

Excellent studio : propre, bien rangé, très bien équipé, sécurisé et agréable. Situé à proximité du centre-ville de Lyon, dans un quartier soigné et de standing, à deux pas des commodités et de l'autoroute A7. On s'y sent comme chez soi. Le propriétaire est professionnel et serviable. Un parking souterrain sécurisé est disponible.
A besoin de la climatisation pour les bouffées de chaleur (canicule)

Appartement très propre, bien équipé et joliment décoré avec beaucoup de soins, dans un immeuble sécurisé. Le grand balcon est très agréable.
L’hôte s’est rendu très disponible à notre arrivée. À ma demande, il a rajouté un ventilateur dans la chambre.
Le confort du grand lit était très bon.
Le canapé-lit était un peu moins confortable, même en rajoutant un sous-matelas mis à disposition. 2 enfants pourraient y dormir ; pour 2 adultes, ce serait vraiment étroit.
Pour l’instant, il n’y a pas de vis-à-vis, mais un immeuble est en cours de construction juste en face.
Les attractions lyonnaises se trouvent un peu loin de la situation de l’appartement.

L'accueil était parfait. L'appartement était très propre, fonctionnel et à quelques pas d'un métro.
Le clic clac un peu petit pour 2, et matelas usé.
