strategic location - while rooms didnt get direct view of shore the advertisement was view of light house and that we got.
Friendly and hassle free
Issue was that there is not road access to property - but the staff came to pick up the luggage from the drop point.
Another issue was that the property does not have lift for upper floors - again staff did pick up all the luggage - but those with issue climbing stairs must be aware of this.

Property is located bit interior, no vehicle access. Should walk through narrow path about 300 mtr. Beach as well located around 300 mtr away. Not really a beach resort.

Good bed, sheets and shower. The staff was very nice.
The only thing is that the window doesn’t have mosquito net. So i had to keep the window close and usa the AC. But i prefer to be able to open the window without being concerned about mosquitos.

We stayed here for 3 weeks and were very happy. The rooms are clean, linen and towels changed on request. We had a balcony with two rocking chairs and a table, which faced the lighthouse and partial view of the sea. Many hours spent reading here with a cup of tea watching the fishing boats go back and forth, day and night. The service was very friendly offering tea bags, coffee sachets. A kettle and bottled water was supplied. We were doing a panchakarma retreat so did not require much maintenance, apart from regular room cleaning. Very close to the beach. We plan to return next year. Thanks to Nasar and Arche.
