The price
The fact that I had to book a extra day because they are not open on Sunday. If ur not open accepting ppl that there original booking date would have been a Sunday I shouldn't have to pay for another day just because u are not open .

excellent value for the money, hard-working staff, since I am handicapped they worked w me re getting my mail/pkgs
couldnt get amazon deliveries directly to my handicapped unit....Amazon would only deliver to the reception office which is closed on Sundays
