NB - Please note 22-27 November is the Santa Catarina Palopo annual festival. It is a fun time to visit, BUT there will be music and a lot of noise day and night during this time. SWIMMING POOL (heated!) AND JACUZZI is shared between the 4 Villas and has spectacular views of Lake Atitlan. PLEASE NOTE THAT THE VILLAS DO NOT HAVE DIRECT VIEWS OF THE LAKE AND THE VOLCANOES. Sueños de Santa Catarina is a complex of comfortable, fully equipped vacation rentals with 2 bedrooms, a Sofabe (Queen), 3 bathrooms and sleeps up to 6 people. Prices listed are for 4 guests. More guests up to a MAXIMUM of 6 are charged at $20pp, per night. Each Villa has two floors. The ground floor is open plan with a living room with fireplace (does NOT work) and sofa bed (Queen), then to the other side a fully-equipped modern kitchen and comfortable seating area for 6 people. Under the stairs is a full bathroom with shower. Sliding doors lead from the kitchen to a semi-covered, private outside eating area. Upstairs are two spacious double bedrooms each with their own bathroom with bath tub! The Master Bedroom is en-suite and has access to the wrap around balcony that offer wonderful views across the property to the spectacular volcanoes of Lake Atitlan beyond. The second bedroom has a bunkbed with a matrimonial/Full mattress below and single above. The bathroom is right next door and their is a door from the landing also leading to the wrap-around balcony. Each villa is equipped with a washer/dryer and have access to 1 parking space. We can take requests for a second car space depending on availability. However, there is paid parking in the town too. The inside Fireplace does NOT WORK - sorry! BUT: We have firepits for exterior use. Please ask Juan. ALL FOUR villas are available to rent. Each villa is the same. The Perfect Get Away just outside of Panajachel and a great base for exploring the whole Lake Atitlan area. Please remember this is a small, un-touristy town, so there are not any tourist aimed restaurants or bars here, HOWEVER, in nearby Pana there are plenty along with everything else you might need during your stay. The gardens and pathway down to the shared pool and Jacuzzi area and on to the public beach are all shared areas. FOUR Villas are available to book. There are 2 BBQs shared between all 4 Villas. If you wish to use it please tell Juan, the Guardian, ahead of time so he can reserve it for you. There are also a couple of shared small exterior/ chimney/fireplaces - again ask Juan. Other things to note PLEASE NOTE THAT LISTED PRICES ARE FOR 4 GUESTS! Extra guests of a 5th or 6th guest will be charged at $20pp per night. Each villa is private to guests. The gardens and pathway down to the Swimming pool area and public beach is shared amongst the Villas. ALL FOUR Villas are available to book! So, perfect for groups as well. SORRY BUT NO PETS! THIS IS NOT A PARTY HOUSE - Please be considerate to the other guests. We do have site rules regarding noise for everyone's convenience. Please note there is an armed guard at night for your extra security. If you wish to bring guests not staying at the Villa to the house PLEASE BE SURE TO ADVISE JUAN OF THIS AND ONLY DURING THE DAY TIME, AND NOT TO USE THE POOL AREA. CHECK IN is between 2-7pm. Please be sure to give an approx. arrival time at least 24 hours before arriving. Please also call the Guardian Juan from Pana (10 min drive away), so he can open the gates for you. AND if you are running late. There is parking (1 car per villa) and at night there is an armed security guard. We send extensive Welcome Notes to all our guests and have a set in each house for guests during their stay. Please respect the QUIET HOURS - 10pm - 9am Check In - 2-7pm. Please advice us ahead of time if you will be arriving after 7pm Check Out is BEFORE 11am PLEASE! There are cleaning products though under the sink in the kitchen and a broom in each Villa.
