Be our first time being there, I loved how spacious the rooms were. As well, how temp the water was out side. The indoor facility pools organize, clean, great service.

Does Not come wth waterpark tickets!!! I wish I was told this before I booked and not after when I could not get a refu

It was spacious with plenty of room for a group of 10.

It looks clean then started taking bedding down and comforter head stains all over it every bed. Water was loop who they said it was a facility issue, but from talking to other guests, they did not have that problem. Two of the toilets would not flush. I contacted Vacasa multiple times and and was told that someone would reach out to me about getting things fixed and no one did until I finally talked to Booking.com and got them involved and then I got a person right away to come out and look at the toilets and get us new bedding for the beds. But that took 24 hours. Big remote does not work but other remotes work on all tvs.

Nothing it was a dirty motel room

Black mold dirty sheets and blankets. Carpets were stained!
