The view of the ocean was absolutely beautiful we were able to see the fireworks perfectly fron our balcony as well. Everything is in walking distance and so convenient. I traveled with my husband and our two teens. They had a great time and it was so much to do at the resort for all of us. I can't wait to return for our next vacation.
The tv in the living room had no volume

It was a great location and we were pleased with how close we were to stores and restaurants.
Not enough parking. We paid for an extra parking pass and ended up having to park on the side of the garage and pray we didn’t get hit when someone would back out. The security threatened to tow us because they had additional parking across the street… what was the point in paying for the extra parking pass at that point… we also asked for an early check in which we were told they would check with cleaning to see we never heard anything back. When I followed up on it they said they were ensuring it was clean for our stay yet when we finally got into the room someone’s hair was still in the master bathroom shower wall and the shower floor was so dirty we showered with shoes on until we could clean it ourselves. I wish I would’ve taken pictures but I didn’t even think about it because I was so upset. We were also told we couldn’t save seats at the pool towards the end of our week long stay (this was the first time we saved seats) but they let people save seats the entire week. Very unsatisfied with the amount of money we payed to stay here.
