I do not recommend this hotel to anyone

We didn’t get the breakfast but we had to pay for it. They speak very little English. Only cold water

Adequate

Clean and close to the airport. Staff were helpful. Good for quick night stay if you have an early or late flight from Mumbai.

Outside was advertised as nicer than it was, it’s actually based on a lot of rough land/building site. Bed was extremely hard so not the best sleep but again fine for a 1 night stay.

Fails at the basics

It is relatively near Mumbai Airport

I’ve stayed at a lot of Indian airport hotels, and this ranks among the worst in its price bracket. My room had no toilet paper, no shampoo, a broken toilet, and a general lack of cleanliness. I was not expecting luxury, but I was expecting the basics.

It was quite close to the airport

It was dirty, the mattress was super hard. It was noisy, walls were almost like made of paper.

Perfect!

The breakfast was good. Just enough to fill your stomach before a day of work. I liked how easy it was to order and the breakfast came yup pretty quickly.

I don't think I had any negative feedback. Our stay was short and comfortable.

Hotel moved us even though they took our booking

Close to airport

We booked at Zara grand hotel and arrived late in the evening. They said that they were overbooked and would shift us to a different hotel. This process took about 30 mins, too long. The secondary hotel, hotel garrion had mosquitos everywhere, hot water wasn’t working and extra mattress was thin and not comfortable. Staff were also a bit rude.

I have seen college boys and girls and many other love birds come here, stay for 1-2 hours and leave after settling their work. This hotel is not for 4 stars.

nothing is good in the hotel.

The hotel is terrible. never believe in the photos uploaded by the property. they showed like their hotel is 3 star. but in reality their facilities are completely ordinary. rooms are very poorly maintained. door handles are distorted. there are many things to say but i dont want to remind my that bad experince again. horrible

Good distance from airport, but bad locality and gives insecure feeling.

Closeness to the airport and decent quality of bed are the biggest plus.

We reached the hotel around 2:30 AM from the airport and wanted to stay only for a few hours until 7 AM so that we can start our onward journey to Pune. The location is very close to the airport, but the roads and area where it's located was really secluded and we felt insecure. Doesn't look like there were any guests other than us as the receptionist and staff were asleep. It was not a hotel feeling. The checkout process was missing. I had to wake up the staff at 7 and tell them we are checking out, but they are too sleepy to attend to us. I wanted help with my big suitcases, but I didn't get, so had to carry it on my own.

Literally It is 2star property, please dont fool the customers.

The room flooring only. out side interiors.

How could you publish this property as a 4 Star? It is not more than a 2 Star property. I don't want to book any on booking.com in the near future. No minimum facilities. Breakfast only a small 6 poories with curry and chutney. Even they couldn't provide a Tea with no response.

Very comfortable stay with excellent facilities

Super location , very close to Airport . Rooms are big , clean , comfy and hygienic . The service is very cordial , will make you feel at home . Very courteous staff .Breakfast was sumptuous ..i strong recommed this hotel for business or family stays . Excellent hotel 😊
