We liked that It was secure, clean and comfortable and we loved having the washing machine and dryer
No coffee and tea for us to use usually when these facilities are offered in a room coffee and tea sachets are offered also so we had to go find somewhere to purchase them

We were not served breakfast, but the location was superb to tourist sites and major shopping centers including the metro stations.
The room was small, and regular cleaning needs to be encouraged.

Convenience of location, nearby bus stops and short walk to supermarket. Appreciated the washer/dryer and fridge, very useful.
Several things including: use of other rooms as 'short stay' for 'visiting' men with no luggage! (we noted payment transactions taking place and lone men waiting out on terrace to be let in by women; no daily cleaning of rooms or change of towels; cash only payment required, on arrival, for damage deposit and then, on check-out, very poor communication from caretaker when we wanted our money back (having given him notice the day before and again 30 minutes before we had to leave)...almost didn't get our money back before leaving. Bed was too firm and hard, not very comfortable; there was no window in the lounge, only in the bedroom and we had to keep blinds rolled down as neighbours could look straight into the bedroom.
We will not be coming back to this place.
