Liked how quiet the residence was. Stayed in a two-bedroom apartment. Generally very clean with rooms bigger than expected. The bathroom is small but larger than average for Singapore. Well supplied with soap, body wash, and kitchen utensils.
Very handy to buses and trains (MRT Station)
Aircon was quite loud but understandable, as it was on most of the time, as it was so hot in August. We stayed for 10 days and felt we needed some cleaning products and brooms to keep the apartment tidy.
There was also a lot of activity around the front doors all the time, and it was uncertain if some people were key holders or not.

I like the studio suite that i rented. Everything was perfect. They provide everything inside the studio. The staff also nice and helpful as i checked in late, able to attend me nicely. Overall was excellent.

Dissatisfaction did not get loft room we booked
No option offered to swap to booked room
No warning before arrival
Did not see cash deposit required on booking info beforehand
Some difficulty contacting staff to return cards when needed to leave
