Great location with easy access to multiple MRT stations and bus stops, plus lots of good food and shopping nearby. The bed was very comfortable, and even as a light sleeper I was able to sleep well every night with no issues. The shared bathrooms were consistently clean, although the floors could get wet at times because of the open shower setup, so I found easy slip on waterproof shoes very helpful. Towels, combined body soap/shampoo, a toothbrush set, razor, earplugs, kettle, cups, hair dryer, and thin disposable slippers were provided. There was also a water dispenser on the first floor with both hot and cold water available.
I would have appreciated a little more space for hanging clothes and towels in the room. Four hangers wasn’t quite enough for a one-week stay, and there wasn’t a good place to hang a damp towel to dry. A small refrigerator in the room would also have been convenient, although I appreciated that it was possible to request use of a staff refrigerator.

The location was top tier. Elegantly designed with warm lighting and complete amenities. Bed was super comfy and the beddings are awesome. Easy to get food and reach the MRT/buses. The staffs were super lovely, warm and very welcoming and accomodating.
The toilet’s bin was placed too near the sink. They asked us to use the indoor slipper in the bathroom which is a bit ridiculous and dangerous as it can get slippery. There was period blood stain on the bin in the toilets. The AC was leaking in the room. Room was a bit stuffy.

The capsule rooms and beds were nice it was quiet and comfortable felt safe once inside the room
Some staff was a little weird they were trying to talk ti me in tamil even though i am indian but dont speak tamil asked me if i was married and lots of personal questions and made me feel uncomfortable. Also bathrooms smelled really bad

This hotel was a great location. The first floor was clean and staff was friendly and professional. They had a water filter station. The price was great.
The room was much smaller than I anticipated and there was no light to the outside. We had one window but it was covered up as it was against a wall or another building so the room was dark. The bed was a queen size but one side up against the wall so fine if you have one person but if you have 2 people then hard for one person to get out of the bed. There were 6 bathrooms down the hallway that were all clean.
