I’ve been here for almost a month and it’s great place to be. Rishi and his boys keep the place clean and nice all the time, and there always willing to to help and time of the day.

The location was perfect since it's within Arab street and close to most tourist atrractions. Took me only 10 mins to walk to the hostel from where the bus dropped me. Bed was surprisingly comfortable for a hostel so I actually had a good sleep. Everything is clean, including the toilets. The staff were polite, kind, communicative and hardworking. Comes with free breakfast too (toast with coffee/tea). I'll definitely stay here again in my future trip to Singapore.
A couple of people snored so loudly and two others talked without being mindful of their volume on my first night so I had trouble sleeping but I got upgraded to a better dorm on the second night so no complaints there.

Trisha was incredibly welcoming and provided a thorough introduction to the hotel's facilities and available services.
She took the time to familiarise us with the hotel's amenities and services, making our stay off to a fantastic start.The location couldn't have been more convenient. Grab drivers had no trouble accessing the hotel thanks to the pick-up and drop-off point right at the entrance. Arab Street, with its wide selection of eateries, was just around the corner, and Bugis Junction was only a short stroll away.
As a shorter guest, I found the bed quite high and needed to use a chair as a step to get in and out safely and reduce the risk of slipping or falling.
A lower bed height or a small step stool would make the bed more comfortable to access. While the under-bed storage was a thoughtful feature, the available space beneath the clothes rail was also more than adequate for storing our luggage. One small area for improvement would be the toilet in Room 101, as there was an unpleasant odour during my stay.

The dormitory was clean
The bathroom/toilet wasn’t the cleanest, and the space in the single toilet and bathroom is very small. There were no issues with the toilet itself, but you have to get toilet paper before using it—so good luck if you haven’t taken enough with you. I preferred using the bathroom in the mall rather than the one in the hostel.
