A quaint little boutique hotel in the heart of Chinatown! Really enjoyed our stay at KINN Studios- the location is unbeatable, on Keong Saik Road, mere minutes away from some of the city's best hawker stalls and tourist attractions. There are also several MRT stations- including Outram Park station and Maxwell- located within walking distance, which makes exploring this vibrant city a breeze. The hotel itself is minimalist and stylish- the rooms are comfortable, and the staff were extremely friendly and cooperative. When we faced some noise issues in our room- the staff were kind enough to accommodate our request to shift to a quieter room. Overall- had a lovely stay and won't hesitate to go back!
We were first assigned a street- facing room, and hence faced some disturbance at night owing to traffic and pedestrian movements at odd hours. The late- night noise did become a bit of an issue. However- the staff were polite and accommodating enough to move us to a quieter room on a higher floor, upon request.

Great location! The room is very small and doesn't have windows (I've read about in some past negative comments, but would be quite surprised otherwise, as it's not advertised on Booking), but for the price and the location, it does the job for a one night stay (would get very claustrophobic if spending any time there other than sleep).
Really nice, modern and minimal design. Smelled very nice at entry. Super clean.
The checking is really weird - there is a person at the reception desk, but he only helps you do self checkin on an ipad, where you have to fill in a lot of info that you already filled in during booking.

'Budget' hotel close to China town ('budget' for Singapore standards) , so good location. Condition of hotel was globally good but beside that is was really basic. OK for 2 nights.
We booked 2 rooms, one room with double bed on the ground floor, one room at the second floor with separate beds. Especially the ground floor bed was really small (difficult to open the luggage); the other room was slightly more spacious.
Bathroom also really small, and already slightly worn out.
