Location and cleanliness

Bottom floor has no windows with a view, that is if U get a window! Bed was against wall sideways so partner has to climb over the other if they need to get out in the night Upstairs has some windows but be careful what room U book

Everything is perfect in terms of location, cleanliness, amenities (large sink, washing machine and dryer) and self check in. It's a really comfy place. Very responsive staff that are always helpful and polite. Big thank you to Mitch, Edmar, Pearl & Kisha

I had a really pleasant stay at Heritage Collection on Ann Siang and would definitely recommend it to anyone visiting Singapore. The location is one of the biggest highlights. It is situated in the charming Ann Siang area, surrounded by plenty of restaurants, cafés, bars, and interesting places to explore. It is also very convenient for getting around Singapore, while still having a nice neighbourhood atmosphere when you come back after a long day. The room was clean, comfortable, and thoughtfully designed. I really appreciated how well-equipped the space was, especially for a longer stay. One thing that stood out to me was the laundry and ironing facilities. Having washing and drying equipment as well as an iron available made things so much easier, especially when travelling with clothes that needed to be refreshed or ironed. It was a small detail, but it made the stay feel much more convenient and home-like. The overall space was also well maintained and had everything I needed for a comfortable stay. After spending the day exploring Singapore, it was nice to come back to a place that felt comfortable and practical. I would also like to give a special thank you to Mitch, Edmar, and Pearl. They were friendly, welcoming, and attentive throughout my stay, and their hospitality really added to the experience. Overall, I had a wonderful stay at Heritage Collection on Ann Siang. Great location, comfortable and well-equipped room, very convenient facilities, and genuinely helpful staff. I would happily stay here again the next time I visit Singapore.
