HOME HIGHLIGHTS: - Located in the heart of Seagrove Beach - Steps to the beach - 3 adult bikes - Private pool **Pool heating is available October 1 through May 1st for an additional fee of $35 per day - 3rd Floor look-out deck - Complete Clean Linen Participant - All linens, including comforter covers, laundered upon every checkout DETAILS: Seashell Garden is a handsome 3-bedroom, 3-bathroom pet-friendly home that sleeps 7 in the heart of Seagrove Beach—known for being a quintessential beach town. With more than 2,100 square feet of living space, guests will love the private pool, back patio area, and top-floor lookout deck. This home provides deeded beach access, located steps away from the front door! Step onto the handsome front porch of this 3-story home and sink into one of the rocking chairs or cozy porch swing. The living area boasts comfortable furnishings situated in front of the TV next to 3 bay windows that fill the room with radiant natural light. A queen sleeper sofa provides additional sleep arrangements for guests. Take a seat at the traditional dining table, which comfortably seats 4 around a glass table. The vibrant blue kitchen with white trim is a chef's dream, complete with high-end appliances, sleek countertops, and a 4-stool breakfast bar. Off the kitchen, guests can enjoy a wet bar. A well-furnished guest bedroom boasts a king-sized bed, with a laundry room conveniently located down the hall. Outside, there’s a private pool area, complete with loungers, an alfresco dining table, and a privacy wall. There's also a cozy sitting area under the trees for those who prefer the shade. Take the stairs up to the second-floor bedrooms, where friends and family can retire—1 guest bedroom with a queen bed and 1 primary bedroom with a king bed, a private bathroom with a garden tub, and access out to a private balcony. Additional sleeping arrangements can be found on the second-floor landing, with a twin bed. Experience breathtaking views and soak up the sun on the top-floor lookout deck. Seashell Garden provides luxury and relaxation all in one convenient home. With on-site parking for 4 vehicles—plus 3 complimentary adult bikes—it’s easy to explore the local area. For deeded beach access at the end of Montigo Avenue, take 30A until a gate reading “Gulf Shore Manor” is visible from the street. From there, a sandy path will lead south to the beach. SLEEPING ARRANGEMENTS (SLEEPS 7): FIRST FLOOR: Guest Bedroom: King Bed, Shared Bathroom With Shower/Tub Combo Additional Sleeping Area: Queen Sleeper Sofa in Living Room SECOND FLOOR: Primary Bedroom: King Bed, Private Bathroom With Shower and Garden Tub Guest Bedroom: Queen Bed, Private Bathroom With Shower/Tub Combo Additional Sleeping Area: Twin Bed on 2nd Floor Landing THIRD FLOOR: Look-out Deck *This home is pet-friendly with an additional non-refundable pet fee of $400 for up to 2 dogs. *Guests who are 25 years of age or younger must be accompanied by a responsible parent or guardian in any vacation rental managed by Callista by 360 Blue. We do not rent homes to those 25 years of age or younger who are unaccompanied by a responsible parent or guardian. Moreover, there must be a ratio of at least (1) parent or guardian over the age of 25 for every four (4) young adults who are 25 years of age or younger.

A wonderful property! A few items were broken upon arrival (pool heater, shower, etc.), but the property team was quick to fix what they could before the holiday.
