Ando Living - Flores 200 House

The location was exceptional and it is good that there was an elevator available since we had 2 heavy suitcases. It was nice that we had a washing machine to use. The welcome gift was a nice touch. The room was clean and bed was comfortable to sleep in.

The combination code for the room’s door did not work despite both of us trying to open it. The code was correct as we heard the lock open but we were not able to push the door open. Called the number given and we were told that there was a specific way of opening the door but further attempts using this method were still fruitless. Eventually we used the backup way of opening it after calling customer service for a second time. It took us 20-30 minutes from arrival to finally get in. The room’s safe was in the locked position too but we chose to live with it since we did not want to disrupt our plans. Apart from this everything about our stay was excellent

An excellent property in a fab location . The flat was very clean and comfortable - I’m looking to return to Porto next year and would likely rebook.

Clean, light and spacious. Central within the historic district

A couple of extra shower towels would have been handy

I liked the convenience of the location. The neighborhood was noisy but our room was quiet

We planned and packed light for the trip assuming we would be able to wash our clothing mid- trip . When we got there, there were no instructions and didn't feel comfortable using whats app to call the property managers
