Apartment was more spacious than expected and well equipped. Comfortable beds and linens. Great location for bus and metro + supermarket, cafes and restaurants in easy walking distance. Great communication with the management company.
Cleaning and maintenance was not up to expected standard e.g. black mould on shower tiles, loose bathroom tap and loose toilet seats. Main bedroom feels damp and terrace furniture is rusting. Kettle inside base is corroded and needs replacing. Overall the decor and paintwork are starting to look tired and would benefit from a refresh.

Apartamento moderno e muito agradavel, adoramos a decoracao, com duas casas de banho o que facilitou bastante..as camas sao muito confortaveis. A Casa tinha todas as facilidades essenciais..
Passamos alguns dias e a familia toda adorou. Recomendamos e certamente voltaremos mais vezes.

Buona posizione, facilmente raggiungibile anche a piedi dal centro. Appartamento molto funzionale. Tutti gli spazi sono stati utilizzati al meglio. Le foto sono molto realistiche e rappresentano bene l'appartamento.

The location was great and they were able to check us in on short notice.
The main bed room had black mould round the windows which made the room smell very bad the whole stay. The kettle had rust inside so we couldnt use it. And the tv apps (netflix) didnt work all week. Finally got it resolved on the final night when someone came at bedtime to help, and we found out the service hadnt been paid for by the owner, so we had a child very bored at night time the whole trip.
