Some may find it a bit removed from the hustle and bustle of the city centre. But if you prefer a quieter area for restful nights, then this may be perfect for you. Attractions, restaurants and transport still within easy walking distance, buy you are away from the crowds and noise.
The apartment was spotless equipped with everything I needed. Nice shower, good sized living room with kitchen to prepare simple meals, comfy (although creaky) bed.
The aircon was a blessing in the hot weather. So was the coffee machine in the mornings although there are plenty of places nearby to get breakfast or grab groceries or even take a dip at the local beach. Would definitely stay again.
Just a tip to fellow travellers:
You may miss the main entrance if you rely on Google maps, so once you are on the street, follow the directions you got from the property and you will get in no problem.
The door has a knack to it when you unlock it from the outside, but easy enough to figure it out.

Abbiamo amato la posizione, comodo a tanti servizi e vicinissimo al Porto e al centro città. L'appartamento è estremamente funzionale e perfetto per un soggiorno breve ma credo anche medio-lungo. Ci torneremo sicuramente.

I slept really well in this spacious apartment.
The aircon was not needed perhaps due to the high ceilings although up to 28c outside.
EuroPrix and Lidl are close.
There is good choice of bus services nearby including for the bus and train station.
Flat walking to the stations and central Trieste.
There were potentially confusing messages about accessing the apartment. Actually a friendly guy called Charlie arranged to meet me.outside the building. That was especially helpful. Directions need to be improved.
