The first floor livingroom also includes a queen size sofa sleeper and we have a twin mattress that can be placed on the floor if needed. We have a laundry room, wifi and smart tv's in living room and both bedrooms. Private fully fenced in back yard includes a grill. We are centrally located for easy access and within walking distance to the beach, restaurants, stores and more! Our home offers 2 parking spaces directly in front of the townhome for convenience. There is also beach buggy a service that picks you up on a golf cart to go to restaurants. Ubers are always around as well.
