The rooftop pool and Jacuzzi provide an oasis of tranquility, allowing you to soak up the sun while enjoying breathtaking views of the surroundings. BEACH: The private beach, just steps away from your condo, offers a serene escape where you can bask in the sun, take leisurely strolls, or simply relish the beauty of the coastline. (Fees mentioned below have been provided by the resort and subject to change without prior notice): - Security deposit of $100 (refundable upon check out) - RESORT FEE OF $39.55/per night by the building front desk, The resort fee will include: 2 beach chairs (3rd party company- Boucher Brothers). Pool and Jacuzzi access, and Wi-Fi throughout the property. - ONE-TIME REGISTRATION FEE OF $56.50 *Please, note that an umbrella is not included and cost $25 (one-time-use). !!! PARKING: Valet parking 42.80$/ per night * Unfortunately WE DON'T PROVIDE EARLY CHECK IN (We assigned to the hotel cleaning company) Any early check in needs to be confirmed with hotel cleaning directly through the front desk. To help prevent this, keep the doors closed. - Kindly note: the unit offers sufficient amenities for a short-term stay, and we encourage you to discover nearby supermarkets, shops, and plazas to replenish any additional items according to your preferences, taste and needs. - Please note that smoking is strictly prohibited inside the property as well as on balconies or backyards and front yards of houses (if applicable). To maintain a smoke-free environment, we enforce a strict no-smoking policy. Any violation of this policy will result in a penalty of $500.
